The Objectives
TK Maxx wanted to improve their online presence for different types of customers (loyals/occasionals/new) regardless of what device they were on and furthermore make use of the latest technologies offered on the Venda platform. The new site needed to offer customers who find the store experience overwhelming a different way to 'shop TK Maxx' and encourage rejecters to try the brand. It was also the occasion to improve the look of the site and communicate the brand's key messages.

A key element was to emphasis the 'Shop by Size' as experienced in their stores. A bold section on category pages and the capacity to search within refinement options makes it easier to find the perfect item at the right size.
